The Challenge

The Sports Marketer operates a complex business model — brokering relationships between consumer brands and sports/entertainment properties. Their CRM needs aren't a simple sales pipeline; they need to track multi-party relationships where a single deal might involve a brand client, a sports property, venue contacts, and activation teams. Without a structured CRM, managing these relationships and tracking deal progress across 200+ properties was increasingly difficult.

What We Did

  • CRM Architecture: Configured HubSpot to support TSM's multi-party relationship model — connecting brand contacts, property contacts, and deal records in a way that reflects how the business actually operates
  • Deal Pipeline: Built a pipeline reflecting the sports marketing sales cycle — from initial brand interest through property matching, proposal, and event activation
  • Microsoft 365 Integration: Provided Tactic/M365 consulting for internal collaboration and operational workflows
