Primary needed a document automation solution for proposals and contracts. The team wanted to streamline the flow from deal pipeline to proposal to signed contract, with proper pricing rules and templates.

Implementing PandaDoc as the document automation and CPQ layer integrated with HubSpot:

  • PandaDoc pricing rules configuration for accurate, automated proposal generation
  • Integration with HubSpot's deal pipeline so proposals can be generated directly from deals
  • Template setup for standardized proposals and contracts
  • Pricing review and optimization
