The Challenge
After building and optimizing King of Pops' website on HubSpot CMS Hub, the team's needs have evolved beyond what the platform can offer. They need a more flexible, modern architecture that supports a headless CMS approach, custom AI capabilities, and the performance and scalability of edge-first infrastructure.
What We Did
Leading the migration from HubSpot CMS to a modern stack:
- Sanity CMS — Headless content management giving the team full control over content modeling and editorial workflows, with the flexibility to deliver content to any frontend
- Cloudflare — Edge-first infrastructure for performance, scalability, and global delivery
- Custom AI — AI capabilities integrated into the platform to support King of Pops' business operations
This project is currently in active development.

Outcome
In progress — this project represents the evolution from a traditional HubSpot CMS implementation to a fully custom, modern platform. It also demonstrates the depth of the client relationship: from initial Shopify migration, through HubSpot optimization, to now building a next-generation platform.
