Platform Optimization
Performed a comprehensive review and optimization of King of Pops' HubSpot instance, addressing accumulated technical debt and aligning the platform with current operational needs.
New Franchisee Bidding Process
Designed and implemented a new bidding process from the ground up:
- Pipeline Unification: All deals — both retail and prepaid — now flow through a single, unified bidding process while still being properly tagged by type
- Bidding Window Enforcement: Workflow rules lock deals during the 4-hour bidding period, preventing anyone from claiming or signing a deal until the window closes
- Process Transparency: The new system provides clear visibility into deal status, bidding history, and assignment — reducing confusion and ensuring fairness across the franchise network

The franchise team gained a streamlined, rules-enforced deal process that replaced the previous ad-hoc system. The unified bidding approach eliminated confusion, prevented premature deal claims, and provided the operational foundation for continued franchise growth.
