WordPress to HubSpot CMS Migration
The Challenge
Pivot Energy's marketing and sales departments were operating with a fragmented technology stack. Google Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, WordPress, and various other tools were disconnected from each other, creating data silos and operational inefficiencies. The WordPress website required developer involvement for routine content updates, slowing down the marketing team's ability to build campaigns and publish content.
What We Did
Led the full migration from WordPress to HubSpot CMS Hub Enterprise, including:
- Custom HubSpot CMS Theme: Designed and built a custom theme tailored to Pivot Energy's brand and content needs, replacing their WordPress site entirely
- Technology Consolidation: Migrated marketing operations from Google Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, and other disconnected tools into the unified HubSpot CRM Enterprise platform
- Marketing Enablement: Gave the marketing team direct control over web pages, landing pages, blog content, and campaign assets through HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor — eliminating the developer bottleneck for routine content tasks
- Analytics Unification: Consolidated reporting into HubSpot's built-in analytics, providing a single source of truth for website performance, campaign attribution, and lead generation

Outcome
Pivot Energy's marketing team gained full autonomy over their website and campaign operations. The consolidated platform eliminated data silos between marketing, sales, and analytics, enabling more informed decision-making and faster campaign execution. The custom CMS theme provided a professional, on-brand web presence that the team could maintain without developer support.
