The Challenge

JVW had no structured CRM — dealer relationships, rep firm hierarchies, and territory assignments were not formalized in any system

3,500+ leads from trade shows and inbound needed to be sorted by territory and distributed to rep firms, with no automation in place

The sales-to-fulfillment handoff was undefined — no system tracked orders from deposit through supplier ordering, QC, packaging, and shipping

The custom Bubble.io design tool existed in isolation, with no connection to the CRM for deal tracking or status updates

Commission tracking across rep firms and channel partners (specifiers, architects) was manual and error-prone

Duplicate records across contacts and companies cluttered the database

No HubSpot tracking code was installed on the WordPress website
