The Challenge

Blue Outcomes is a consulting firm managing multiple practice areas — project management, change management, operational transformation, and ERP implementation. Their client relationships span months-to-years and involve multiple stakeholders within each client organization. They needed a CRM that could handle this complexity and a marketing platform to support business development across their practices.

What We Did

  • CRM Configuration: Set up HubSpot to manage consulting engagements across multiple practice areas, with contact and company management designed for tracking stakeholder relationships within client organizations
  • Sales Pipeline: Built a pipeline reflecting the consulting sales cycle — initial conversation, discovery, proposal, SOW negotiation, engagement kickoff, and delivery tracking
  • Marketing Automation: Configured email marketing, lead nurturing sequences, and thought leadership distribution to support Blue Outcomes' business development efforts
  • Microsoft 365 Consulting: Provided Tactic/M365 consulting for internal collaboration, document management, and operational workflows
